All transactions are processed through either the Stripe transact gateway, Afterpay or Paypal, therefore your details are never compromised as your credit card information is not stored anywhere on our website. Our website is hosted by VentraIP, which is a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant web server.

Any page on this site that captures personal information (address for shipping) is secured using the latest SSL technology.
Shipping
All items will be shipped via Express Post using Australia Post’s network. Delivery times are expected to be between 1 and 4 days depending on the delivery location. Items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Product and Returns policy
Any product that is delivered in a faulty or unusable condition will be subject to a full refund. Proof of the faulty product must be supplied within 7 days of delivery along with a description. If for some reason you no longer want the purchased product, a refund will be supplied with the following criteria:
- The product is returned unopened and undamaged, at the expense of the customer;
- The product be returned (shipped) within 7 days of purchase.
